Charles regularly appears in courts and tribunals throughout the Western Circuit, London and beyond. He is happy to consider acting under a conditional fee agreement, and in appropriate cases on a pro bono basis. He is able to accept instructions direct from members of the public (under the direct access scheme) and from other professionals.
Charles’ experience as a solicitor enables him to appreciate the pressures and constraints on those who instruct him, and to see the commercial realities of dispute resolution.
