Charles regularly appears in courts and tribunals throughout the Western Circuit, London and beyond.  He is happy to consider acting under a conditional fee agreement, and in appropriate cases on a pro bono basis.  He is able to accept instructions direct from members of the public (under the direct access scheme) and from other professionals.

Personal

Charles comes from a family of lawyers practising from Devon, and going back four generations.  He is married with a young son.  He enjoys DIY, walking, cooking, sailing and tending his livestock.
