Chambers offers qualified and independent mediators at capped fee rates which will be agreed in advance. Mediations can be conducted at short notice if necessary. Chambers has tailor made facilities for mediation at their Exeter premises or mediations can be conducted at locations to suit the parties.

We provide bespoke mediation services for businesses, trade associations, trades unions, local authorities, government departments, religious institutions and sporting institutions, amongst others.

We also work closely with the Department of Constitutional Affairs and Her Majesty’s Court Service in providing mediators for court-based schemes in England and Wales and we are a service provider for the National Mediation Helpline.
