Mediation
Rougemont has at its heart a passionate belief in the value of mediation and ADR generally. It is proud to have incorporated its own dedicated mediation suite into the new building, the only chambers to have done so in the South West. The suite is available to Chambers' clients at a reduced rate, and otherwise available for negotiation.
Rougemont has a dedicated mediation team, comprising both trained mediators and experienced mediation advocates. Team leader, Dr Ann Brady, is in the top tier of the Bar Council's List of Barrister Mediators, having acted as a lead mediator in more than 100 mediations. Dr Brady regularly represents the Bar Council internationally at mediation symposia, and is an advisor to the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates. Our other accredited mediators have a range of experience to suit all disputes, and our clerks will be happy to discuss your requirements in the usual way.
