Rougemont Chambers Planning and Local Government, Administrative Law and
Housing Team
Chambers team, headed by John Lloyd, is well established both in Westcountry courts and tribunals and in London. Members regularly appear in planning appeals, High Court challenges, planning inquiries, tribunals, education matters, county court cases, judicial review hearings, and appeal court cases. Members of the team also have an important advisory and drafting role.
John Lloyd and Gavin Collett are members of the Planning and Environmental Bar Association. Amongst our members are qualified mediators and those who can accept instructions directly from the public in suitable cases.
