Members of the team appear before the County and High Court on all levels of work and at the Court of Appeal. In addition the team has considerable experience in representation at various inquiries and Inquests.
A broad range of work is undertaken by members of the team acting for both Claimants and Defendants. Individual members each bring a level of experience and expertise within the broad area of personal injury. Members of the team undertake cases involving injuries of the utmost severity and complex head and spinal injury cases.
Members provide a service to cover all aspects of the litigation service from advice to representation at all levels of Court. Individual members have experience in occupational injury and disease as well as occupational exposure cases.
The team offers a wide choice of seniority and experience to allow for an efficient and tailored service. Clinical negligence work is undertaken in relation to all aspects of medical and paramedical care and cases of significant value, including obstetric and neonatal cases.
