Rougemont Chambers Land Law Team
Chambers` Land Law Team is highly regarded throughout the South West and nationally. The team covers a range of work from boundary and easement disputes to drafting and advisory work, for local authorities, corporate and business clients and individuals. The team undertakes a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work, including drafting development and partnership contracts and deeds, Party Wall Act disputes, footpath and public rights of way, mortgages and related environmental law disputes.
Members of the team regularly appear in the Chancery Division, the County Courts, Land Tribunals and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. They also provide lectures and seminars on recent developments in this area of law. The team intends to continue providing a helpful and efficient service, to assist with that knotty conveyancing problem or seemingly insoluble neighbour dispute.
