Rougemont Chambers Family Law Team
The Family Law Team at Rougemont Chambers is highly regarded not only in the West Country, but also in London and beyond. The team undertakes all types of private and public law children cases, acting for parents, children, Guardians, Local Authorities and Grandparents. In addition, all types of ancillary relief work are undertaken including high value, farming and pension cases. Working in conjunction with members of the Civil Team, TLATA and other property disputes are included amongst their portfolio of work.
Members of the team each have their own areas of particular expertise, including acting on behalf of parents with complex personal needs and those with learning difficulties. Expertise is also available in complex child abuse cases.
The team has barristers at all levels of seniority and experience to provide a comprehensive, efficient and expert service.
