Rougemont Chambers Employment Team
Chambers` Employment team is very highly regarded, across the Westcountry and beyond. Headed by Debbie Grennan, the team undertakes a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work and acts on behalf of both employers and employees. Members regularly appear in Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the County and High Courts, in relation to employment-related disputes, including restraint of trade litigation. All types of employment law work are covered.
Members of the Employment team also undertake internal disciplinary and other inquiries and, in addition, have developed expertise in the increasingly important area of mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
The team has barristers at all levels of seniority and experience to provide
you with a comprehensive, efficient and expert service.
