Rougemont Chambers Criminal Law Team
The criminal law team, headed by two of our most senior practitioners, Garth Richardson and David Osborne, provides expertise in all areas of criminal work, and in all Courts. It also specialises in judicial review work, money laundering cases, regulatory work such as Prison Law and Health and Safety at Work cases, and Courts-Martial. It enjoys a reputation, not only in the West Country, as a highly competent and thorough group, who solicitors very much enjoy working with.
