Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

Personal injury and clinical negligence law has undergone considerable change over recent years, and members of Chambers are able to provide expert advice, and exceptional advocacy in the county courts, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Members have considerable experience of inquiries and inquests, with significant experience of severe medical cases, including litigation arising from complex head and spinal injuries. Individual members have experience in occupational injury and disease, as well as occupational exposure cases. Clinical negligence work is undertaken in relation to all aspects of medical and paramedical care, with a particular emphasis on cardiology and obstetrics.
